Liveaboard dock in Corpus Christi Texas

Standard mooring/dock fee is $360/mo. Liveaboards allowed ($85 liveaboard fee per month). Room for up to a 45 foot boat. The dock is configured for linear mooring, so it is a very long dock that buts up to a seawall. The location is just off the Gulf of Mexico, in a protected residential canal. There will be one parking spot for a vehicle if needed. All utilities are included except electricity which will be a separate monthly charge based on your power usage.

Looking for long term or seasonal renter. Willing to rent out short term occasionally if the dock is not already occupied or rented (nightly and weekly rates shown in the details below)
